Using a proper ringette helmet and mask is a key way to protect yourself while playing. That's why players must wear helmets and face protectors that adhere to the CSA standards.
Goaltender Head protection Options
Ringette sticks are an integral part of the game. Playing with a stick that is not the right height or quality can slow players down and lead to injuries.
Although Ringette Canada doesn't approve stick models, we ask players to make sure that their stick conforms to the specifications outlined in the Ringette Canada Rulebook.
Ringette sticks can be made of wood, plastic, aluminum or any similar material. Skaters cannot use a goalkeeper's stick.
You can find more information on stick specifications in section five of the Ringette Canada Rule Book.
