Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notice and Application for Board Positions

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Foothills Ringette Association will be held on:

  • Date: Wednesday, June 12, 2024
  • Time: 6:00 PM
  • Location: Centennial Arena, Olympic Room

This meeting is open to all members of Foothills Ringette Association in good standing.

RSVP to the meeting here, all members who attend will be entered to win a $50 credit for the 2024/2025 season

Positions Up for Election:

The following positions on the Board of Directors are up for election at the AGM:

  • Secretary/Registrar (Vacant, 1 year term)
  • Vice President (Vacant, 2 year term)
  • Treasurer (2 year term)
  • Director of Coaching (Vacant, 2 year term)
  • Director of Fundraising (Vacant, 2 year term)
  • Director of Officials (2 year term)
  • Director of Tournaments (2 year term)
  • Director of Evaluations (1 year term)
  • Director of Marketing (1 year term)
  • Active Start/ U10 Division Coordinator (1 year term)
  • U12 Division Coordinator (1 year term)
  • U14 Division Coordinator (1 year term)
  • U16 Division Coordinator (1 year term)

Application for Board Positions:

Members interested in running for a Board position must submit a completed application form by May 29, 2024
